Have you ever been to a JBF Sale?

Just Between Friends (JBF) is Denver’s Largest Children’s and Maternity Consignment Sale Event. They organize, market, and host a wonderful multi-dayevent. You can sell smart, shop smart, and support local Denver charities in the process. It’s easy and fun!

Shoppers across Denver line up Friday and Saturday to shop thousands of gently used brand name items, including: clothing, cribs, stollers, books and toys, maternity equipment, swings, and infant essentials. Sunday they will have a 1/2 price sale on many of the items at the sale.

Consignors themselves determine which of their items are included in the 1/2 price sale.

You’ll be amazed at the treasures you will find. JBF is Denver’s most unique place to bargain shop. It’s an event you will not want to miss.

Friday September 19th (10AM-7PM) and Saturday the 20th (9AM-5PM) at the National Western Stock Show Complex.

Did  you know Cherry Creek Mall partnered with HealthONE Rocky Mountain Children’s Hospital to create a brand new children’s play area?  It is really fun, to say the least.  It is based on the popular Looney Toons series, children can “hang out” with Tweety, Bugs Bunny, Sylvester, Porky, and more.  It is bright, colorful, features 2 slides, so much fun for both big and little kids.

Barnum Park Denver
This is a park on a hill just outside the downtown area, it is located just west of Federal and just south of 6th Ave. It offers a fantastic view of downtown Denver. There is a play structure but it is pretty old and run down there is plenty of grass to have a nice picnic. Located right next to the park is a fantastic recreation center swimming pool complete with new styled water features. Did you know Denver residents under 18 get to swim free at Denver pools this Summer? Hurry, the outdoor pools close soon.

This $2 million dollar project looks and sounds completely amazing. After receiving a gift from Janet Mordecai, the Botanic Gardens has constructed an interactive world of nature for kids of all ages. Kids can built forts, watch worms at work, see bees pollenate flowers, play in the water feature and much, much more. This is in the Botanic Garden gates so regular admission applies. Take a look around the rest of the gardens too, you will not be disappointed.
